Reliable Document Retrieval Inc., Sacramento, CA., is looking for a Manager for our expanding Process Serving and Photocopying Attorney Services Department.

This position is 25-30 hours a week @ $25.00 hourly during the probationary period, and pay increase and benefits negotiable after full time.

As an employee of Reliable Document Retrieval, you will be managing this Department at a full supervisory level and all duties are performed according to established laws, rules, regulations and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE OF
Principles and practices of supervision, training, legal requirements relative to the service of legal process and attorney services; skiptracing and basic investigative techniques, rules of evidence and court procedure and effective techniques of service of process.

ABILITY TO:
Plan, assign, review and supervise the work of others, revise and adapt work procedures and record keeping systems, interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations related to service of legal process; establish and maintain effective working relationships as necessitated by work assignments, analyze situations and draw logical conclusions. Receives legal process and attorney service requests, plans daily workload to facilitate these requests, plans routes for staff with minimum of travel, prepares all legal documents to be served as well as research of defendants beforehand so process service is done effectively and minimizes multiple attempts.

Advises staff on technical and legal matters related to the service of process and professional photocopying. Works with company management in arranging training for staff and new employees. Evaluates the work of assigned staff to ensure work standards are met. Keeps records of documents served and prepares reports as necessary. Maintains records and signed proof of service documents.

 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience in the Attorney Service industry.
Must be a mentor to those working under you.
Must be organized and can pay attention to detail.
Must have excellent writing and basic computer knowledge.
Must have valid CA Drivers License and vehicle insurance.
Must pass a background check.
Must be able to work irregular hours, nights, weekends if needed.
Must enjoy a safe and fun work environment.
Must promote and market your division.
