CALSPro Founders

On December 9, 1969 a group of thirteen process servers filed a Fictitious Name Statement and formed the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL PROCESS SERVERS, these thirteen people were: Ronn Allen, Michael Buter, Sam Burns, Marvin Givant, Hugh Hallenberg, Dick Harrington, Robert Leavitt, Alex Rifkin, Roy Rottner, Leo Salazar, Lawrence C. Samuels, Mark Todd, Elliot Wolfe

Then on January 27, 1970 the following 24 people were approved as the first members of the California Association of Professional Process Severs;
