Accountable
CALSPro members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics of professional conduct.

Educated
CALSPro provides continuing education and certification to its members on statutes, rules of court and appellate decisions that assure litigants and witnesses of their rights. CALSPro is committed to providing its membership and the legal community with timely and relevant industry information.

Impartial
CALSPro members are required and committed to being an impartial and neutral disinterested third party in a legal action.

Involved
CALSPro is involved on behalf of its members, both legislatively and procedurally, to ensure due process and the integral role played by the legal support professional in the judicial system.

Trusted
CALSPro members ensure a trusted and verifiable process of placing all parties under the jurisdiction of the court through proper and lawful service of process.   Photocopiers are obligated to ensure the due process rights of witnesses and the privacy rights of the persons whose records are subject to a subpoena.
