Effective April 1, 2026, the Superior Court of California, County of Fresno will transition to a new case management system, e‑Court.
IMPACT ON FILINGS
To support the conversion process, please note the following important deadlines and filing requirements:
• Effective Sunday, March 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM – Non‑criminal electronic filings will no longer be accepted via File & Serve.
• From Monday, March 2, 2026, through Tuesday, March 31, 2026 – The Court will accept paper filings only for all non‑criminal matters. All submissions must include the appropriate filing fees.
• Effective Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM – Criminal electronic filings will no longer be accepted via File & Serve.
• From Thursday, March 26, 2026, through Tuesday, March 31, 2026 – The Court will accept paper filings only for all criminal matters.
All filed documents must comply with California Rules of Court, Title Two.
