How Do You Find A Registered Process Server? According to the Sacramento Law Library, through CALSPro, Of Course!

The Sacramento Law Library has published an online memo about service of process. The memo covers all angles of Who, What, When, Where regarding service of process. In a special mention on page 4 listing Who Can Serve My Court Papers they state that a directory of process servers is available at www.calspro.org.

Registered Process Server

Find in the yellow pages under “process servers” or “attorney services.” A directory of process servers is also available at www.calspro.org. Fees: Vary. Fees are usually based on the distance traveled and the difficulty of service. Copies needed: Vary. The process server will tell you how many copies they will need. A process server is a person who serves all types of legal documents.
