MANDATORY ELECTRONIC FILING EFFECTIVE MARCH 17 FOR REPRESENTED PARTIES IN FAMILY LAW CASES WHERE CHILD SUPPORT IS ENFORCED BY THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY

Mar 5, 2025 | Court Updates

Beginning March 17, the Court will implement mandatory electronic filing (efiling) for attorneys representing parties in child support cases enforced by the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) or the Local Child Support Agency (LCSA).

Efling provides efficiency for litigants and attorneys and enhances the Court’s ability to maintain complete and easily accessible records. Registration with an Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP) is required to efile. A list of eligible EFSPs is available here.
