San Bernardino Superior Court Deploys eFiling for Civil and Landlord-Tenant (Eviction) Cases

SAN BERNARDINO, CA ─ San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) is excited to deploy electronic filing (eFiling) for civil and landlord-tenant (eviction) cases, effective Monday, October 2, 2023. Although eFiling is strongly encouraged for attorneys and the public, at this time, it is voluntary.

Superior Court of Tuolumne – Starting Monday, October 2, 2023, Court Clerk Counter Hours Reduced

The Tuolumne County Superior Court (Court) on a temporary basis will be closing its clerk’s counter an hour earlier than our current counter hours. Over the last six months the Court has experienced an extraordinary turnover of clerks, nearly one-third of our clerks are new to the job.

Superior Court of San Luis Obispo – Civil Department – Update to Reservation System October 2, 2023

The Civil Department would like to announce an important change to the reservation system for the law and motion calendars. Over the next couple of weeks, the Clerk’s Office will be implementing a new procedure under which the Court will no longer provide reservation dates for law and motion matters.
